New York Jewellery Images Continued

Going through my photos I came across the following images taken while visiting The Metropolitan Museum of Art     in New York, NY and offer them as jewellery inspirations through history.

Some jewellery styles maintain common uses while others are specific to certain cultures and times in history. The Nose Ornament is fascinating and makes me curious how it felt to wear such cumbersome pieces of jewellery, obviously covering the lower area of the face.
